Cost Neutral Wedding Planning from The Wedding Arrangers

At The Wedding Arrangers, we believe that wedding planners are for everyone, not just the Beckhams and Kardashians!

How do we do it?

Most wedding planners charge 15 - 20% of budget and have a huge minimum spend… not The Wedding Arrangers

We promise to work within your budget:-

  • Our full planning admin fee is only 3% of total budget for dry hire / blank canvas weddings (minimum £750 + VAT)

  • We guarantee to only charge you list prices on your suppliers - from catering to hire, lighting to decor

  • As your partners in planning, we’ll monitor your budget all the way, finding savings wherever we can. You’ll feel that 3% back in your pocket in no time!

  • We’ll be your single point of contact for all of the suppliers we bring in to your wedding - saving you time and stress

  • Fully bespoke options on your wedding meal from some of London’s most exciting chefs and caterers. From fine dining to street food.

  • We’ll offer bar solutions from staffing only through to budget friendly open bar packages

  • ‘First to Arrive, Last to Leave’ is our pledge - full on the day event management and coordination

  • All set up, decor and styling fully completed by our in house events team and collaborators

  • AND - work with The Wedding Arrangers for full planning and we’ll send you a £200 Treatwell Voucher when it’s all over for a well deserved pamper session!

  • Package / fully catered venue planning and styling from only £1300 + VAT admin + live event rate

  • Coordination (with event health check) fees from only £1000 + VAT + live event rate (package) / £1300 + VAT + live event rate (dry hire)
